My background
Throughout my corporate and coaching career, I've primed and developed business acumen in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Food Retail, Beer & Wine, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Mining industries.
​
I held local, regional and global positions in Fortune 500 companies in Bogotá, Sao Paulo, and New York. I was also part of a Global Corporate Audit team which gave me extensive worlwide exposure. I audited brands, production plants and HR global corporate programs in the United States, United Kingdom, India, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Argentina and the Andean Region.

I'm an eager learner and I constantly expand my knowledge to be on the edge of the coaching industry. In addition to my Columbia Business School Coaching certification, I'm PCC ICF certified and I also undertook several studies in emotional intelligence
